In consideration of being allowed to participate in the fitness programs and use the equipment and facilities provided by EDEN HEALTH CLUB ("Gym"), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Acknowledgment of Risk: I acknowledge that the activities I engage in at the Gym involve inherent risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death. These risks may result from my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, the condition of the facilities, or the performance or malfunction of the equipment. I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages I incur as a result of my participation in these activities.

Physical Condition and Safety: I declare that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the Gym's fitness programs. I agree to use the equipment and facilities in the manner intended and to follow instructions for activities and equipment use provided by the Gym staff. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any physical fitness program, including yoga, Pilates, strength and conditioning, and using treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, Smith machines, steps, pushups, dumbbells, and multifunctional training equipment.

Waiver and Release: I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue EDEN HEALTH CLUB, its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, and other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the activity takes place (each considered one of the “Releases” herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releases or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations; and I further agree that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releases, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releases from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which any may incur as the result of such claim.

Acceptance of Policy and Rules: I agree to abide by the rules and policies of the Gym and acknowledge that these rules and policies may change at any time. I understand that my membership can be revoked or suspended for noncompliance with these policies.

Personal Belongings: I acknowledge that I am responsible for my belongings and that the Gym is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property.

Photography/Video Release: I consent to photographing and video recording during my participation in Gym activities, and I grant the Gym the right to use and publish photographs and videos in which I may be included, in print and online, for promotional purposes.

I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the fitness programs and use the equipment and facilities provided by EDEN HEALTH CLUB ("Gym"), I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Be considerate and respectful of others in the gym.
2. Any acts of bullying or discrimination will not be tolerated 
3. Don't drop your weights
4. Respect the staff members
5. Cleaning the equipment after use is a must.
6. Put equipment back in it's place
7. Respect personal space
8. No equipment is to be removed from the premises.
9. No smoking or drinking alcohol on the premises.
10. Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent section signed before joining and using EHC (Eden Health Club)
11. Anyone between the ages of 13-15 must have the parental consent section signed before joining and using EHC (Eden Health Club) and have a parent on site while using the gym.
12. Locker keys/cards must be given after use to the front desk (lost of keys/Cards will fined SR100)
13. There will be a penalty fee of SR100 to replace lost or damaged membership cards  
14. Shoes/footwear must be clean before entering on the mat.
15. All parents that bring children to the gym must keep them off the gym floor and sited in the lobby area.
16. Upon Sign up member must provide a recognizable image of themselves for there gym profile
17. Gym noise level must be kept at a reasonable volume
18. Member can't be more than 15 minutes on an equipment.(Equipment such as Stair master,  bikes, elliptical and treadmills. This rule doesn't apply.
19. After sign up to any special packages (eg. Health care worker/Eden worker/ Student ) and so on, Will have to show proof upon first sign up at the front desk.
